We are pleased to announce that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench – IV, u/s. 30(6) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016, has approved the Resolution Plan Submitted by F & K Agro Private Limited, in the matter of Hindustan Eco-Tech Private Limited, vide order 09 May, 2024.
